Rules & regulations

Driving & Vehicles

  • Speed Limit: 5 MPH: strictly enforced. Drive carefully and watch for children and wildlife.

  • Golf Carts & Motor Vehicles: Licensed drivers only. Lights required after dark. Obey the speed limit.

  • Parking: Maximum 2 vehicles per campsite. Extra vehicles require a $5 parking pass and must use designated areas. No parking in empty campsites. Visitors must check in at the clubhouse for a vehicle pass.

Children & Guests

  • Do not leave children unattended on the grounds or in the bathhouse. Parent/guardian is responsible at all times.

  • Quiet hours: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM.

  • Check-out times: Cabins – 11:00 AM | RV & Tent Sites – 12:00 PM.

Pets & Wildlife

  • Bigfoot has friends here—watch for wildlife on land and in water.

  • Pets must be on a leash when outside and never left unattended.

  • Clean up after pets and dispose of waste in a sealed bag in trash receptacles.

Fires & Outdoors

  • Campfires only in designated fire rings. Do not move fire rings.

  • No fireworks or firearms. All firearms must remain concealed.

  • Picnic tables must not be moved or carved into.

  • Rustic fire rings available for your use—respect them.

Camping & Site Care

  • Sewer donut or elbow required.

  • No clotheslines or hanging clothes outside.

  • No washing cars, campers, or dishes in the water spigot areas.

  • Trash must be taken to dumpsters behind the bathhouse, not left at the site.

  • Food must be sealed in a vehicle or solid, non-pliable container when not in use.

  • Mowing is every Thursday—please move cars and belongings from grassy areas.

Activities & Safety

  • Bicycles are not permitted after dark.

  • Respect quiet time and your neighbors’ space.

  • Always be mindful of children, pets, and wildlife on the trails and near the water.
